Danny sighed. "Doctor says he may suffer temporary memory loss, which is normal he said, and the recent events of today may be blurry for Mac. Other than that, Mac's gonna be fine, Linds." he said.

Lindsay let out a sigh of relief. "That's great news! I'll tell Adam!"she said, already leaping out of her seat and racing off to find Adam.

Stella stayed by Mac's bedside, and that was highly understandable, she's known him for over 10 years. "Look at him, hasn't he suffered enough? I hope Jordan Calaveras has a damn good lawyer because there will be hell to pay." she said.

Don put a hand on Stella's shoulder. "We'll find him for this, Stell. Mac's strong and he'll be fine. He's a fighter."

Stella leaned on Don, watching Mac practically go through hell. "I want him found today, Don. Do whatever it takes to find this bastard." she scowled.

Stella smiled, struggling to, but forcing herself to anyway. "Thanks Don, I'll keep u updated on Mac." she said.

Don nodded and gave Stella a reassuring pat on the arm. "I'd appreciate it. He'll be back before you know it,"he said, returning the bit of a forced smile. The words were meant to comfort her just as much as him. The doctor had said Mac would be fine, but he just wasn't sure.

Stella stayed by Mac's bedside, holding a rosary, praying for him to get better. A tear rolled down her face. "Mac, I need u to get better. I can't do this job without u. I mean, I can, but I'd rather do it with u. Mac, I need u."

Stella began to get teary-eyed. "I know, Mac, I know. I could've said a few other things but I think I would've killed u if I did." she joked.

Mac smiled a bit. "Oh good. I do hope he doesn't whoop my ass for that stunt,"he said, joking back with her. "He's probably not all that happy with that."

Mac smiled a bit in return and sighed softly. "I've been through worse,"he said. "But I'm sore and I'll be fine with time,"he added.

Mac nodded. "Fine by me. It's good to see you, Don,"he said, flashing a tired smile that showed his exhaustion.

Don smiled. "Good to have u back, Mac. I'll be outside if u guys need me." he said. How awkward was it that Don left Stella and Mac all alone? Stella felt a bit odd but it was Mac, and there was nothing to be afraid of. "How funny." she said.

Mac looked over at her, a slight smile still on his face. "What's so funny?"he asked, not quite following her on what she was talking about.

Stella had the worst poker face out of all the team members and she couldn't hide the expression on her face. She slowly let go of Mac's hand and tried her best to explain to Mac how she felt. "U know, I'm not really sure. Funny, as in not hahaha funny, but funny as in, I think Don knows what's going on here." she said, her voice trembling a bit.
